Effective for all Thursday sessions in September 2025.

1. Event Overview

KOL Auckland is offering a special “Pay As You Feel” dining experience every Thursday in September. Guests will enjoy a curated set menu and choose their own payment amount at the end of the meal. 20% of all proceeds from these evenings will be donated to four selected charities: KiwiHarvest, Starship Foundation, Auckland City Mission, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.

2. Booking Requirements

All sessions are by reservation only. Walk-ins may not be accepted for the Pay As You Feel menu. Bookings can be made via www.kolauckland.co.nz/reservations. Each session has limited seating. Early booking is recommended.

3. Session Times

  • Lunch: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
  • Early Dinner: 5:00pm – 6:30pm
  • Evening Dinner: 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time.

4. Menu & Dietary Requests

The Pay As You Feel menu is a chef-curated set menu and may vary weekly. Dietary requirements must be noted at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate, substitutions may not always be possible. The menu is not suitable for dairy- or gluten-free diets.

5. Beverage Policy

All diners aged 10 and over are required to purchase at least one beverage during their visit. Beverage options include alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections from our curated drinks menu. This policy helps support our service model and ensures a complete dining experience for all guests.

6. Payment

At the end of your dining experience, guests will receive a separate bill for beverages. You are invited to contribute any amount you feel reflects the value of your meal, in addition to the beverage total. All payments are confidential and entirely voluntary.
We accept EFTPOS and major credit cards. Please note, a credit card surcharge may apply.

7. Charity Contributions

20% of all revenue from Pay As You Feel Thursdays will be donated to KiwiHarvest, Starship Foundation, Auckland City Mission, and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Donations will be split evenly across all four charities.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.

9. General Conduct

KOL reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the dining experience. All guests are expected to respect staff, fellow diners, and the spirit of the event.

10. Changes & Updates

KOL Auckland reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and communicated to booked guests where applicable.

11. Dress Code

KOL Auckland maintains a smart casual dress code for all guests. We encourage attire that reflects the elevated nature of the dining experience. Sportswear, beachwear, and excessively casual clothing (e.g. singlets, flip-flops) may not be permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on attire.

12. Child Guidelines

This event is designed for guests aged 10 and above.

Due to limited space and seating arrangements, we may not be able to accommodate younger children.
